Join author Andy Potter on Wednesday, August 31st as he tours the Tom Thomson Art Gallery and then discusses his book Bay of Blood at the Library

At 6:00pm please join us for a tour of the Tom Thomson Art Gallery's exhibit Tom Thomson: The Art of Authentication, which explores the elements that determine the authenticity of the painter’s work. At 7:00pm the Library welcomes author Andy Potter to discuss his novel Bay of Blood, set on Georgian Bay and based on the mysterious death of Tom Thomson. Potter will be speaking about Thomson's connection to Leith and the inspiration for his novel.

“World-renowned painter Thom Tyler is murdered in Georgian Bay, Canada. The consensus is that Tyler had no enemies. Why would anyone murder him?”
