The Knights of Columbus Council 2092 and CFOS 560 have been doing Radio Bingo every Wednesday since March 2021.

On Sunday Apr. 16, a cheque presentation and Thank You Vendors event occurred at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Owen Sound.

Cheques were presented to:

• Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) – $15,000
• Owen Sound Special Olympics – $6000
• Grey Bruce Pregnancy Centre – $4000
• Grey Bruce Families for Autism – $4000

In addition all of the Bingo card vendors have donated the commissions they would have received over the past two years, totalling $7,767 split between the four charities.

Since the inception of CFOS Radio Bingo a total of $127,676 has been donated to:

• CMHA – $88,883 – youth programs
• Owen Sound Special Olympics – $18,554 – equipment and sponsorships
• Grey Bruce Pregnancy Centre – $10,165 – specialized baby seats and strollers
• Grey Bruce Families for Autism – $10,165 – community signage
