By Jennifer McGuire
My name is Jen and I want to be your friend. But not like that really sweet friend who is always telling you how perfect you are and how no man deserves you. No, I want to be a better friend than that. I want to tell you the truth.
Because sometimes you need a girl to tell you what time it is. Someone who will tell you to stop wandering around town in your sports bra and yoga pants (we can all see you, you know) or when to stop nagging your man and plant a truly excellent kiss on him instead.
Fellas, I want to be your friend too. The mind of a woman is a murky, dangerous place. And I don't care how evolved you are, I promise you will need a little help navigating.
Why should you come to me with your problems, you ask? Well, beyond having dabbled in the matchmaking game for a while I am a professional observer of the human condition. I've been a shoulder to cry on more times than I can remember for both men and women. I pay attention. And most importantly I will tell you the truth.
So bring on your questions. Ask me anything at all (unless it's math, I don't do math). It's cheaper than therapy, right?
Email me at jenmcguire72@gmail.com. You do not have to use your real name, if you don't want to.
