As many of you who have visited Coffin Ridge  winery recently will have noticed, we are under construction. What you may not know is that in July we will be ready to open Kilannan at Coffin Ridge Brewery.

Spencer Wareham, our cider maker, assistant winemaker and pizza chef is also a fully trained brewer who, until he came to work for Coffin Ridge, owned his own brewery.

Coffin Ridge is resurrecting the Kilannan brand with a Coffin Ridge twist. Watch for Lamont Scottish Ale to be released later in the summer along with Tombstone Tom, and all of Kilannan’s award winning beers.

We are hopeful the brewery will be open to the public mid-late July.
